**For first-time clients, we require a private session to ensure personalized attention. Advanced pitchers will also need to complete a pitching evaluation during their initial lesson, and please note that additional charges will apply for these services.

It’s designed to support smart decisions throughout the season — not add pressure.
This planner is a planning and awareness tool and does not replace individualized medical care.
